Welcome. My name is Anna and I am a Business Psychologist, Facilitator, Trainer, and Coach with extensive international experience in luxury hospitality. Blending hospitality expertise with business psychology, I help organizations translate values into behavior and strategy into lived service excellence, that creates lasting change.
I hold degrees in Hospitality Management and Business Psychology and offer Executive Coaching and Mindfulness Meditation programs. In my work I design experiential, reflective learning spaces where deep insight turns into action. I believe learning never stops and Leadership is a daily choice. Our growth requires both clarity and courage.
